Board of Variance (BOV)

The Board of Variance is an avenue for appeal in the interpretation and the strict application of certain local government provisions and regulations in specific circumstances defined in the legislation. The Board of Variance functions separately from the local government that established it and has its own authority under the Local Government Act.
Meeting Schedule
The BOV meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm.
