Design and Construction

Every year, Delta Council approves the Engineering Departments Capital Budget, which outlines the coming years' work program including road and utility infrastructure projects. The Design and Construction Section of the Engineering Department is responsible for completion of the designs, tendering and construction of the majority of the approved Capital Program projects.

The key areas in Design and Construction include: Survey & Drafting, Design and Construction Management.
