In-Ground Basements - Zoning and Building & Plumbing Bylaw Amendments
On July 25, 2011, Delta Council adopted bylaw amendments that:
- Exempt the floor area of in-ground basements from floor space ratio calculations;
- Revise maximum building height regulations to 9.5 m (31.2 ft); and
- Establish conditions that would allow sanitary and storm water pumped systems in cases where underground services cannot rely on gravity.
