North Delta Area Plan Review
Phase 1 and 2 of the North Delta Area Plan Review are now completed and included a variety of public consultation and community outreach events, engagement with key stakeholders, including seniors and youth, a Public Ideas Fair, and a survey through PlaceSpeak. A Public Open House will be scheduled for spring 2013 where a draft plan will be presented for public input.
North Delta Area Plan Community Goals Survey
Thank you for participating in our online survey. The survey results are included in the North Delta Area Plan Review Public and Stakeholder Engagement Summary Report - Phase 1. A second survey on the draft Area Plan will be available in spring 2013 to obtain your feedback.
Public Meetings
- The Corporation of Delta hosted a special Multi-Council Committee Meeting on April 25, 2013, to provide an update on the results of the North Delta Transportation Plan and ideas for moving forward with transportation improvements.

A Public Ideas Fair was held on September 19, 2012 to learn about the North Delta Area Plan process and review the draft goals and strategies that were developed based on the public input received in summer 2012. The presentation boards from the Public Ideas Fair can be accessed here. Feedback received at the Fair is being used to prepare the draft Area Plan and is outlined in the North Delta Area Plan Review Public and Stakeholder Engagement Summary Report - Phase 2.

Next Steps
Another major public event will be held in spring 2013 - a Public Open House - to illustrate how earlier public input has been integrated into the draft Area Plan and to obtain feedback on the draft Plan.
A second online survey will be available in spring 2013 to obtain feedback on the draft Area Plan.
