A rezoning application has not been submitted for the Southlands properties at this time. If a rezoning application is submitted, it will generally follow the process noted on the attached Standard Rezoning Application Process Chart. Please note that a zoning amendment bylaw for the Southlands properties cannot be adopted by Council until Metro Vancouver approval of the project is obtained and the Official Community Plan amendment bylaw is adopted. |
