Firehall No. 7 - Tilbury - Grand Opening

Mayor Lois E. Jackson and Delta Council are very pleased to announce the completion of Firehall No. 7, located at 7430 Vantage Way in Tilbury, south of River Road, between 72^nd and 76^th Streets.

This $2.4 million Fire Hall provides direct fire, rescue, and emergency response to the Tilbury Industrial Area, and improved response time to parts of the North Delta and Ladner communities.

The new Tilbury Fire Hall #7 is a 6,870 square foot facility that includes two apparatus bays, offices, meeting room, living quarters, hose and training towers. The Corporation of Delta is pleased to provide this addition to the emergency services throughout the community.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, September 10^th to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Fire Hall. An Open House and activities for the public will follow after the ceremony.
