There is a Portable command vehicle at the 1A Boat Launch in Boundary Bay. Operations staff is patrolling the beach areas. Sand and sand bags are available at a variety of locations:

• The 1A Boat Launch
• The Squash Club
• 16th Avenue and Beach Grove Road
• 65th Street and 3rd Avenue
• 67th Street and 3rd Avenue

The latest report from Environment Canada anticipates that the winds will subside soon. The high tide is projected for 10:13 am.
