Storm Alert Update: Environment Canada Ended Wind Warning Advisory

The following is an update on the storm alert for Boundary Bay and Beach Grove:

The worst of the storm is now over and the high tide has peaked. Environment Canada has ended the wind warning for Greater Vancouver.

The Corporation of Delta Emergency Operations Centre will remain on standby for the weekend and will continue to monitor the situation. Crews are currently undertaking a reconnaissance of the area to assess damage and make necessary repairs.
