Cemetery Services

There are two municipal cemeteries in Delta: the North Delta Cemetery and the Boundary Bay Cemetery in Tsawwassen.

Burial Lot Types

Two types of lots are available:

Full burial lots will accommodate one full burial and up to four cremation containers or eight containers of cremated remains. Full burial lots can be purchased only at time of need.
Cremation lots will accommodate up to two containers of cremated remains and can be reserved by purchase prior to time of need.

Interment Services

To ensure your needs will be met, please give Delta Parks, Recreation and Culture two working days notice for an interment service. Contact us at (604) 952-3176.

Marker Permits

Marker may be placed at the interment location but you require a marker permit that is issued at the time of, or following an internment.
