• Set-up automatic monthly transfers from your bank account
• Earn interest calculated using the Royal Bank of Canada prime-lending rate, less 4%

The annual Flat Rate Utility Bill and the Property Tax Notice will show a balance that represents the current year's charges, less any installments and interest earned. Property owners are responsible for paying the balance, by the appropriate due date.
