Transportation Planning

Transportation Planning includes the future planning of the transportation needs within Delta. This includes interaction with other municipalities and the provincial and federal governments.

The Corporation is currently working on the future Transportation Plan for Tsawwassen which will become part of the OCP. We are also studying the effect of the proposed South Fraser Perimeter Road on traffic along River Road and the medium and long term road infrastructure needs within the Tilbury and Sunbury Industrial Areas in order to sustain industrial development.
