Wild Animal Performance Bylaw

Bylaw Number: 4884

Prohibits performances involving wild animals.

The bylaw states that a wild animal means an animal other than: (i) a domestic animal as designated by regulation under the Livestock Protection Act; (ii) a domestic dog; or (iii)  a domestic cat.
