Delta offers three-stream recycling collection for single-family and multi-family residents which includes separate containers for paper products, newsprint and containers.

Schedule

Single-family blue box recyclables are collected every week. To find your collection days, view our interactive collection schedule.

Multi-family recycling is collected weekly as follows:

• LADNER: Mondays
• TSAWWASSEN: Wednesdays
• NORTH DELTA: Thursdays
  Following a statutory holiday, multi-family recycling collection will move back one day for the week only (eg. For a Monday holiday, Monday collection will move to Tuesday, Wednesday collection will move to Thursday, and Thursday collection will move to Friday).

Containers

Please do not use oversized containers or cardboard boxes for recycling collection. Only blue boxes similiar in size to those sold in Delta (55L) will be collected.

BLUE BOXES are available for $5.00 from:

BLUE and YELLOW BAGS are available at no charge from:

Quantity

There is no limit to the amount of regular household recyclables you can put out for collection as long as everything is sorted into the proper containers or bags.

Guidelines

Sort all items into the appropriate containers and follow the recycling guidelines to ensure your recyclables are collected.
