Ladner Leisure Centre consists of an arena and aquatic facilities including a 2,800 square foot weight room, fitness studio, multi-purpose rooms, sauna, swirl, aquatic climbing wall and inflatable obstacle course. The facility is accessible to all individuals. The Vancouver Giants Training Centre is attached to the building. A private physiotherapy clinic and cafe are also located in Ladner Leisure Centre. The pools are available during all opening hours with the exception of annual maintenance and the morning of the Delta Triathlon which occurs on a Saturday in late April.

Ladner Leisure Centre is located across from the Ladner Bus loop. A newly rebuilt skate park is located just northwest of the facility. The Delta Sport Development Centre was completed in March 2011.
