This newly renovated North Delta facility includes five pools, sauna, steam room, arena, weight room, aerobic studio, cycling studio, gymnasium, meeting rooms, physiotherapy clinic and coffee kiosk.

Facility Features

Pools:

Sungod has "Everyone Welcome" swims and classes from morning to close, with at least one lane available at all times for length swimming. There are 5 different pools for your enjoyment as well as a sauna and steam room.

Main Pool:

• 6 lane 25 metre T-shaped pool with dive tank
• 1 and 3 metre diving boards
• Deck slide
• 28-29 degrees Celcius

Sunshine Pool:

• 8 lane 25 metre pool
• Ramp entry
• 28-29 degrees Celcius

Teach Pool:

• Shallow pool
• Water jets

Leisure Pool:

Weight Room:

The weight room is a fully equipped 7,000 square foot facility. Many of the cardio trainers are equipped with personal entertainment monitors for your workout enjoyment. Other features include:

Cycling Studio:

The 600 square foot cycling studio is located in the weight room and is equipped with 17 spin bikes. The studio is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass with a portion that slides away completely to provide a nearly outdoor cycling experience.

Aerobic Studio:

The 2,200 square foot climate controlled studio features sprung hardwood flooring, full length mirrors, ballet bars and stereo system.

Gymnasium:

The 6,000 square foot gym offers a variety of drop-in and registered programs.

Meeting Rooms:

Three meeting rooms will accommodate a maximum of 25-30 people each.

• The 380 square foot Lobby Meeting Room is equipped with a large flat screen monitor with laptop hookups for your presentations.
• The 450 square foot Poolside Room is equipped with a large flat screen tv and dvd/blu-ray player available at an extra charge.
• The 400 square foot Conference Room is located in the arena lobby.
