Registration, Rates and Reservations

Delta Parks and Recreation fees are set through municipal Bylaw No.6966, adopted on May 16, 2011, which set the fees for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. The Bylaw covers drop-in fees, rental fees for pools, arena ice, arena dry floor, curling facilities, community halls and rooms, as well as park and park facility rentals, reservations and fees.

Please Note: Delta performs regular preventative maintenance on DeltaReg. Scheduled downtime usually occurs Tuesday morning between 6:30am and 7:30am. During this time, DeltaReg is not accessible.

10 Admission Pass (Family)

  • May only be used by one or two adults when accompanied by a child (or children) aged 18 years or younger;
  • One admission will be charged for each adult or child 2 years & older;

  • Photo ID required; photo will be of one parent/guardian;
  • Facility Admission Card required if the patron is 13 years or older & not the card holder;
  • Children under 2 will be charged for Roaming Rascals.

Delta Business Pass - 12 months

  • Available to Delta businesses & organizations with 10 or more employees willing to commit to one year passes at the same time.
  • 10% discount applies.
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • Pass is issued in the name of the employee & is non-transferrable.
  • Extension period is not granted for normal shutdowns but at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture for extended shutdowns.
  • Set Up:
    • Through the Fitness Coordinator, (604) 952-3081
    • There will be a designated site coordinator at the employer, who will work with Delta's Fitness Coordinator to ensure all requirements are met.
    • Employees bring in a Delta form supplied to them by their site coordinator. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
    • There are no refunds for any reason.

Family Pass

  • The family pass is for 1 or 2 adults of the same household & their children 18 years or younger.
  • The pass is sold as a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month pass.
  • The start date for all family passes is the original date of purchase.
  • Family members may have photos taken & be added to the pass at a later date if they are not there present at the time of original purchase.

Corporate Pass - 1, 3, 6 & 12 Months

The Delta Corporate Pass applies, primarily, to small businesses & branch offices that pay a premium of 10% for a pass that is transferable among employees at their location. One, three, six & twelve month passes may be purchased. The employee must have the card with them when they enter a facility to swim, skate or work out - & only one employee per card can use it at any given time.

  • Pass issued in the name of the business & is transferable between employees of the business.
  • Each employee who uses the pass must also have a Facility Admission Card, which must be shown each time they enter.
  • Identification that confirms the employment of the pass user may be required at any time (best is a photo ID from the employer, cheque stubs are acceptable, business cards are not acceptable).
  • Extension period not granted for normal shutdowns but at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture for extended shutdowns.
  • Only one person per visit but more than one person can use in a day as long as they are not there at the same time.
  • Set Up:
    • Initially through the Fitness Coordinator, (604) 952-3081. Renewals are done through the Customer Service Office.
    • Must bring in Business License for set up.
    • Must have 5 or more employees.

PRC Teen Weight Room Pass

    • Free with proof they have completed the "Intro to Weight Room Course"
    • Required for 13 - 16 years old to work out in Delta Weight Rooms

Gymworks Pass or PacificSport Pass

    • Provincial program with PacificSport (the BC branch of the Canadian Sport Institue) allows free access for provincially & nationally carded athletes to Sungod, Ladner Leisure, South Delta Rec Centre & Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre.
    • The customer will come in with photo ID card issued by PacificSport.
    • Facility Admission Card required.

Personal Trainer Pass

    • Pay a one-time Facility Admission Card registration fee of $5.00 which enables use of all Delta facilities.
    • Includes an ID card that identifies the user as a registered Rehab Trainer, which must be presented each time they sign in.
    • Personal trainers will be charged for & provided two admission bands & a visitor name tag when working with clients.
    • Trainers with than one client at the same location on the same day pay the double admission fee only once. Each client pays a regular admission fee or makes an arrangement for the trainer to pay. If a trainer has clients at multiple sites on the same day, the double admission fee is paid at each site.

All Delta parks are open to the public, but most sports fields and some amenities can be reserved.
