Seniors' Programs

Seniors are welcome at all adult oriented programs and services in Delta Parks, Recreation & Culture facilities and, when accompanying children, are always invited to attend family programs. We encourage seniors to stay active and involved in their community. Specialty fitness and aquatic programs are of particular interest to seniors with arthritis, osteoporosis and other health challenges. Contact your local recreation facility for more information.

Delta has three Seniors' Recreation Centres where healthy and active lifestyles are promoted by offering many leisure and recreational opportunities specifically for individuals 50+.

Snow Angels

The Corporation of Delta's Snow Angels program is a non-emergency snow shovelling service that assists Delta residents who are 65 or older and those with disabilities who need help with clearing their sidewalks and driveways.
